Lawsuit over carrying binder
« on: October 15, 2008, 04:42:59 PM »

In the "things that make you go mmmmm" with the article over the team manager who has a lawsuit over carrying her team binder, it made me laugh so hard!
She states in the end it was up to 12 pounds. I wonder if she has any kids? That is the weight of a baby!
I think they need to spy on her when she is out grocery shopping and take pics of her? How about taking pics of high school students leaving school and weigh their bags and see if they want to join in the lawsuit as well?
I get the identity theft, but that isn't what the lawsuit was started over.
Then to bring up going "green" and complaining over wastefull paper and gas over this ????? I think I am going to start a lawsuit over all the wastefull junk mail now. And gas? That is why you have fax machines or snail mail usage.

They are actually debating on boycotting their sponsors over this -- Snickers & Adidas. Who is that stupid to boycot a sponsor? Be greatful you have one when others don't!

Crazy, crazy people who must have nothing else to do with their time.

She needs to issue a lawsuit on the maker of the binder for making it possible to carry 12 pounds.
It didn't come with a warning lable did it?  I bet she could fine more things to file against also.

Of course this is coming from California  :-X

California has some of the dumbest lawsuits ever heard of. It would be fun to follow some of these people around and take pics of their daily activities, then slide them to the judge and have him do a counter suit for wasting all of our time. I am in the insurance biz and unfortunately there is not enough self responsibility in our country and we all get to pay for it...
