Ok, i've read all of the Twilight books so the first thing I want to know is if any of you have also read them? Another thing is that the movie comes out on nov. 21st! I was thinking maybe all us peeps could meet each other on the day it comes out and all see it together. Post here if your interested! We'll post dates, times and whatnot latter on but if you think you might be able to come, make sure to wear your soccer jersey!

I wanna see the pictures from school on Friday.

They get a late start ( parents all agreed) so hopefully there won't be pictures with eyes closed and droopy heads!

Speaking of which...Do kids ever go to school anymore. Last week, class was out on Monday and Tuesday. This week late start on Wednesday. Next week out on Thursday and Friday. No wonder our sense of hard work is down the drain. We used to go to school 7-8 days a week back in the day, walking both ways up hill 10 miles a day.....Geesh! The kids these days got it good.

You only had to go to school 7-8 days a week? I wish I could have only gone to school 8 days a week!

When I was a kid, I used to go to school at 7 in the morning. I had to walk 30 miles in the snow up the side of a mountain to our igloo where we had school. Then at 10 pm, when school got out, I would walk another 30 miles up the mountain up hill to go to work in the coal mines until 5am. Then I would run 60 miles home (uphill again), because I had to get the dishes and laundry done before I went to bed at 6:30am! Then back up at 7 to do it again! And, I did this 10 days a week!

I've promissed DD a dinner and movie date. She said the book was awesome and can't wait to see the show. Previews look really good.

DD and I went yesterday and it was good- close to the book. Not sure if I liked how the showed Edward in the sunlight though. He just looked sweaty. DD loved it and now is waiting for New Moon movie..

DD and I just got back and I thought it was a good movie. DD loved it, and said it was close to the book. She and I can't wait for the next one.

DD and I really enjoyed it. Dinner required two doggie boxes. Movie met my high expectations (I didn't read the book), but not DD's. She said the book was much more exciting. For me, it was more of a love story vice a vampire movie. I kind of missed seeing the strings attached to the bats...LOL.
