OK, so here is what I am thinking.....
I think it would be great to get as many CP's and DD's together as possible....

Where?-- Starfire Sports in Tukwila

When?-- Feb 19th, 2006

Time?-- 1:00-2:30

Bring?-- yourselves and DD's

Why?-- Coach Brooke is offering a free practice session to any and all DD's who want to play a little more soccer.... no strings attached!

Would anyone be interested in doing this? I would need to get the field reserved, if so....

excellent idea ! We'd love to, especially at Starfire. But alas the minute our game Sat is over we're heading north to Orcas Island for a week. The stress, oh the stress,,,,

But wow this would be fun, no pressure, no expectations, just kids kicking a ball. Remember the old days of U-8 rec ? Us CP's were just happy if the kids connected enough that the ball would go straight. Those were the days.

ok, so we have 3 committed so far.... I know more of my EFC team will join because they just love to play....
hope that more people will join once work is over....

THE SESSION WILL BE AT 100 AT STARFIRE!!!!

Interurban Ave S & Fort Dent Way, Tukwila

I-405 Northbound:
Take the WA-181 S/West Valley Hwy. exit number 1 - toward Tukwila.
Turn LEFT onto West Valley Hwy/Interurban Ave S/WA 181 N
Continue to follow Interurban Ave S
Turn RIGHT on to Fort Dent Way
Go over bridge and enter park.

I-405 Southbound:
Take the WA-181 S/West Valley Hwy. exit number 1 - toward Tukwila.
At end of exit ramp go STRAIGHT on to Fort Dent Way for 1 block.
Turn LEFT, go over bridge and enter park.

I-5 Northbound: Exit 154 (Renton - Hwy 405 N)
I-5 Southbound: Exit 154A (Renton - Hwy 405 N)
Follow directions for I-405 above.

we're at Foster High at 2 PM anyway, but this is a great idea and I'll bet one of the highlights of the kids for the play-offs.

BTW, what kind of field at Foster ? Anyone know ?

I am thinking it would be really cool for the girls to wear their uniforms or warm-ups for the team they play so we could see all the different team come together for the LOVE OF THE GAME!!!

But, then again, this might just blow some CP cover.... your call.... my girls will be in their uniforms... I hope!!

sockemg dude, from what i can gather your a efc coach, which is awesome. a quick question for ya. why doesn't the efc web page have the coaching assignment up? all the other clubs do for the most part. sounds like your a coach and this probably goes as a administrative question. sorry dude just want to know. just being a cp i guess. :roll:

we are in the process of finalizing it... many times coaches belong to many clubs and we are trying to make sure staff is secured before posting.... we have our meeting on fri. to meet the new staff and go over tryouts... then it will be posted. Are you bringing Pool Dudette to the kick around?
