The Seattle Wolves FC is one of the best semi-professional football clubs in North America. With an exciting schedule of league and tournament play on the horizon for 2009, the Wolves are looking for players that aspire to play at the next level.
On Saturday January 24th, 2009, the Seattle Wolves FC will host open tryouts for the Spring and Summer seasons. Tryout check-in begins at 6:30pm in the <a href="http://www.starfiresports.com" target="_blank">
Starfire Sports Complex Stadium[/url]. To expedite the at-the-field registration process, all interested players should email
seattlewolvesfc@gmail.com with their full name, age, position and playing experience.
All aspiring footballers are encouraged to attend.
Tryouts begin at 7:00pm in the Starfire Sports Stadium (Tukwila, WA). Please remember to bring boots and wear training gear including shinguards. Balls, water and other training equipment will be supplied.
The Seattle Wolves FC is a European-styled tiered system of teams which competes at the Semi-Professional and Premier Amateur competitive levels currently, and in 2010 will be adding a professional tier.
In 2009 the Seattle Wolves FC will compete locally, regionally, nationally and internationally in the <a href="

Pacific Coast Soccer League (PCSL)[/url] Premier Division, <a href="
http://www.usasa.com" target="_blank">
USASA National Qualifiers[/url], the Starfire Premier Soccer League Premier Division, Copa Washington and several other qualifying tournaments such as the JF Kennedy Cup, US Open Cup and PCSL Sheila Anderson Memorial Challenge Cup in addition to playing a schedule of friendly matches versus the best professional, semi-professional and college teams in the area. Registration for the Open Tryouts will cost $10 per person (paid on the 24th) to cover the cost of field and facilities time. Members of the Seattle Wolves do not pay league fees nor membership dues, and are only required to carry a current WSSA player’s card ($27/year), which will be applicable in all competitions.
The Seattle Wolves FC offers the opportunity for the best local talent to develop their football skills under the tutelage of a UEFA “A” licensed head coach and full training staff in a competitive environment similar to European and South American clubs. As the Wolves push towards expansion to the professional ranks in 2010, the club is looking to add fresh talent with professional playing aspirations.
