Mom with 14 kids

Okay, with all the news on the gal who had the six kids to start, then now at 8.
All I have to say is I have five and I just cannot imagine having them all at once!
I wanted to pull my hair out with ONE.

I only have the 3 girls! I could not even begin to imagine anything more than that.

I guess they didn't know there is a problem with overpopulation on the Earth. 

I hope they can afford to raise them instead of having me pay for their upbringing.  >:(

I only have 2 and at times that is overwhelming.  I cannot even imagine 14!

Almost, I believe her oldest kids are 6 and 7.  Not sure the young 8 will be play-ups.

This about what a great MICRO soccer team she could have!!  They can have their own team until what, U8, w/ the babies....   

She's going to pay for this with a movie deal I'll bet!!  I can see this story on Lifetime in a year!  Think of John & Kate + 8 TV show.......  yeah.....

HA! Don't get me started...never any sleep and I should have already developed a drinking problem by now!
But when I saw that news story about this Mom, yikes! Here I thought I had something to complain about. She has me beat.

I think we all are missing the point...She has 6 kids with no husband first off.  She is unemployed and supposedly not receiving any assistance from her parents and then some doctor in California uses invitro and doesn't put just one embryeo (sp?), but EIGHT.  The doctors should have their license to practice medicine taken.  She is going to have how much public assistance.  Yes Cheese, you and I are going to be paying for plenty of this.  And these kids are going to be raised in an emotionally stable caring loving family???  Hope so.

No I get it. I really try not to judge what is posted on TV. Each has their own life, so be it.
But I do agree that this was highly unexceptable on the Dr's part, and something is not too stable with the Mom for wanting another birthing like this. On TV this morning it stated from her parents, she just wanted "one more girl". Huh? One more girl with 8 embryeos? Red flags everywhere with no husband, living with her parents in a small place, plus 2 pregnacies like this. Not right, and we will all pay for it. Sorry, Kaiser....need I say more?

I was thinking the exact same thing!!  LOL  She'll have to have a few more to have a full roster at U13 though!!   ;)  jk

Only 3 kids at my house and we're constantly trying to get rid of them, but they refuse to go!!  Speeddemon says she's never leaving...she likes it here!!   >:( :o

I guess we'll just have to wait until they turn 18 and force them out!!

Another great example of a lack of responsiblity by the mom and the doctors. At least the state of California will get to pay for them. Heard their old add agency pulled out and they hired a new guy. Good luck. I have twin daughters and an older son and they wore me and my wife out. Have fun mom of 14 by yourself.

Actually, we - the USA tax payers - are bailing out the state of California with the "stimulus" plan.  And we are paying for medicare, medicaid, and SSI.   So it is not just the state of California paying for this.

Not to mention that I believe at least 3 of her first 6 kids have a disability and with the 8 that were born all underweight, how many of those children are going to have needs.  I work with special needs kids and this is very sad.  Very irresponsible of the mom and the doctor >:(
