My DD just got her evaluation from the final tryout for the 93 ODP. She of course is dissappointed to be cut. She has set high goals for herself and has come so far from the B team that she played for until Oct of last season to the Div 1 A team she is now on. She has enjoyed many successes and is still growing and improving daily. I am so proud of your hard work and dedication Bri, and I know you will continue to acheive great things in the future!

I don't believe the G 94's have heard anything yet....at least we haven't. Anyone else heard? If I am understanding right, there is a practice this Saturday correct?

You are correct they have a practice scheduled for Saturday. The girls were told to expect either a email or phone call, and as far as I know nothing has gone out.

You are correct they have a practice scheduled for Saturday. The girls were told to expect either a email or phone call, and as far as I know nothing has gone out.

DS not heard either way for the B94. But he had to break a foot bone between last session and the up coming one. I think the concept of bubblewrap wear should be explored.

Got a PM from a mom of a 94 player who is a starter on the traveling team and is almost a for sure to stay on the team. They also have not heard.
I have also heard that quite a few players have already been asked to pay for the 2009-2010 season. Most if not all of these were on the traveling team.

Interesting, I counted 39 at the session last Saturday with 9 being keepers. Not sure how many couldn't make it or were hurt.

Sorry to hear that. There is always next year. Still upset we didnt get to go last week due in injury. ugh. wonder if we show this week they will let us in.

Girls 96 list looks differnt. Swear there were like 60 names before but now only 48 on the list.

No list for 95 so must presume they'll all be back for Mar 15th session and work toward being on the travel team, I guess.

Kennard, of course there is a lot of politics involved. I told my DD to work hard and try her best. The rest is beyond her control. I have told her not to get caught up comparing herself to another because then she will only limit herself in what she can do. If she comes out of this experience a better,stronger player than she has achieved what she iniatially set out to do.

Well husband ran in to Dave yesterday for finals game and talked to him about posting info.
Sent out an e-mail this morning asking about it. We'll see if I get a response back, and if so I will share. But most likely will be the "check the website".

As far as I know the tryout process has ended. The pool group will go to the March 15th training session and then they have games vs OR ODP 3/21 and 3/22 where they can see the kids in action and pick the travel pool for the Nike Friendship tournament in May. However, Dave had said they'd post who was invited back to 3/15 training session when he had the parent meeting and they have not done that.
