Coaching Philosophy
I believe in developing the player with the basics first. If a player doesn’t have a good touch in today’s game their ability to play at the highest level has been hindered. After establishing activities for the players to do on their own and in training the focus of tactics takes place. Between working on tactics and technique I will focus on the psychological and physical aspects of the game.
