New Jersey Survives again, Downs St. Louis
« on: August 19, 2009, 10:26:15 PM »

New Jersey Sky Blue FC showed a well organized attack in the first half that overwhelmed St. Louis and resulting in a 1-0 lead when Yael Averbuch crossed a ball to Keeley Dowling, who sent it into the net past Athletica keeper Hope Solo,  It was Dowling's first goal of the season, and it could not have come at a more important moment, sending New Jersey to the finals against WPS League leader, Los Angeles Sol.
