First Squash have you considered a scrimmage area?  Teams could post that they want a scrimmage and other teams would know.

Second SSSFC Red (formerly  the Eagles, Ice Illusions and Sting) is looking for u-13 scrimmages.  Could come to you or provide field.  Could play a double with your first and second team and could have our second team do the same.
