Just to be clear.  This is for the '92's. 
2010-2011 GU18.

From what I understand.  This is essentially the ECFC -White team number. Migrated as did the ECFC Green team to Seattle United.  So the intent is that they will be playing P1 or P2 depending on the CAP score and if they return 8 players from the original White team.
