It was a concept started over beer and pizza with a bunch of guys that frankly can't make a real living any other way. I'm always amazed by how easy it was to get smarter people to hand over their cash to you....just talk status, prestige, and blow a lot of smoke up their @sses..... the checkbook opens pretty easy when you tell them how great they are and their kids.....until you cut them of course. 

And isn't that what makes this country great? A group if guys could get together and create an opportunity for themselves! The American Dream cuts both ways!  If you've got the desire and the skill, you can make something happen... no one has to adjudicate your idea for compliance with American ideals such as "non-exclusionary".  If you can sell it, you can make it.

I don't always love the culture or society our system creates... but it's definitely American!
