EFC White 94 has a great bunch of girls that are dedicated to working hard not only for themselves but for each other as well. Above all, they have lots of fun playing this great game!

Is this just 94s or is this for 95s too?

I will speak up for this team as well. the coaching is fantastic and LCC highly considered playing for Brooke and her team. Great team, great parents, and great kids :!:

yes, but I am still searching to pick up players who are going to help or be an impact on the 2nd team.... if it comes down to it, the C team will have players promoted.

Why at U12 would you be looking for players? Especially when you had good numbers at tryouts and a C team, who has players?

I would question anyone coming in now that has already committed to a team from tryouts (especially @ U12)!!! I guess it would be ok if it was a rec player deciding they want a higher level but most players have already committed who are playing select/premier soccer.

Kind of odd but I am soon realizing the crazy world of select soccer is getting crazyer at the younger age groups! The 94's are one of those groups for sure.

? for you. IF you pull up players from C team to fill empty spots, but can't pull them all, then C team will come up short and will be trying to find players too. I do believe EFC does and excellent job placing players on the correct teams ( A, B , C). They really think of what is best for the development of the players at these younger ages. That at least has been my personal experience at U11 and U12.

Exactly INTGAL!

I just want to make soccer fun and exciting! If that means the players/parents leave their team due to unhappiness from other teammates, coaches, lack of development, the drive, $$$, # of tourney's, etc...... I am here to try and make the '94 as well as the '92 age group a pleasant one.

At this age there is so much shifting between teams, I would get too caught up in who is leaving and why to even bother questioning...

Like you said whome?.... they are '94's... no need to worry.... they may not be on my team the next year; they might be on yours??

That makes sense. When I looked at tryout results from other clubs, it looks like they always added extra players on the B or C team just in case. Since our club doesn't have a C team, I was curious how that works. Good luck finding your players!

On every team at every age there's someone who just aint happy. Guess they there to satisfy the first law of thermodynamics and balance out all the happy CPs.

Mufasa thinks you should find a coach you like and kids your kid likes. Play and have fun.

Because this is still a developmental age at U12, EFC does a good job of not over-filling thier roster so that all kids can have an opportunity to play and develop. Maybe some kids/families made comittments and then changed their decision leaving sockem short.

EFC is a very strong program. Frankly, I'm surprised that the roster is still open for the B team . . . the program has such a great reputation (and their B teams are known to do a good job developing players . . . they actually pull players from B up to A most every year !), I'd expect kids to be lining up to join.

This is a great opportunity for a few players who may have missed out on tryouts.

It is not that there are open positions because players are not interested, EFC has a sometimes been given the commitment after tryouts and then the players go and tryout at Issaquah Select and decide that that is a better situation financially, socially, or whatever the case may be.

I am content with where my roster is, but would still be interested in picking up a few more if they were unhappy with their original decision.
