In fact, Unmanned Areial Vehicles have already been used in the middle east in terrorist operations against Israel.  Using one to commit a simple murder is not something that has occurred yet - so far as the public knows.   But really, it could happen very easily.   From a thousand miles away....

Unmanned vehicles are becoming more common in the military. From planes, remote sort of RC cars, to other drones/UAV......it's a cost effective way to threat without loss of life...well for one side at least. In some cases they just do intelligence in others they may do much worse things. I see them as something you will see more an more of in most militaries and like you pointed out terrorist type acts.

I always wanted to build a remote control airplane with a little CO2 bb gun on it. And if you had 2, and stood in a tin shed. U cud have a dawg fight. Probably illegal. Might have to look up the plans..
