First I admit I'm biased, my dd is a Keeper (but I played baseball in HS)..   

Really would have to depend on the level of the players in each sport when comparing. In the vid they referenced "elite" level play.

Being involved with both sports, my opinion swings to the Keeper stopping a PK at upper levels of the game.
