Is it true that their will be a G96 team tryout?  I heard there are several Synergy players on all of these teams? Why are all these kids leaving Synergy? Is because of the Slammer merger?

This is a nice team.  We've had many good games against them.  Wayne has these girl's playing some good soccer and they always seem motivated to play hard.  Good luck next year (and in the USCS Washington Cup).

The G99 team has a couple spots left to fill if your looking for a strong team to be part of. Remaining tryout schedule is listed above in the original post.

I agree. My kid has guest played for them a couple of times and will be with them for the WA Cup. Classy coach, great parents = great kids. Any G97's in the area would enjoy this team.

Krumpet,

It sounds like you have had 1st hand experience with this, so are the rumors true about the G99 coach being let go by Synergy?  Is it also true that the G96 team is losing several of its key players? If that is true, it is too bad, your G96 team always gave us a great game.

Hey Xfire,

Look for several of these players to show up on NPFC and look for the 99 coach to lead the 96's...Heard a rumor he has enough players to start a the 96 team.  Nice guy and I wish him luck with his new team  :drinks:

Synergy would like to think they let the coach go. Truth is, he left the club after giving his heart and soul into that club so it's a shame that relationship was broken it didn't need to happen that way. However, this is the old Synergy 99 A team that is pretty much intact. This is the team that won numerous tournaments, including District III. They are now called NW Premier and have a couple of openings. I think any player wishing to get on this team is going to be experienced and good. This is a premier level team with outstanding coaching talent that Synergy had, and lost. BTW this team will continue to be based in Auburn.

Players looking for a strong team that is getting set to take some serious accolades this year should make sure they show up to the final tryout on Thursday at Starfire.

Early Thursday bump.  Our G99 team is likely the strongest non-RCL1 team in the State of Washington.  Quality core group with excellent skill set and speed of play.  Hope to see you at our last tryout opportunity today at Starfire.
