Will there be a state open league this year?

With the new fees in place, in addition to a new administration, Wys is looking forward to a revamped and re-energized 2011-2012 State League Season.

Last year the league consisted of:

9 teams at U15
8 teams at U14
4 teams at U13, played in Div 2, U14

The enemy  >:((fiduciary duty) had over 30 teams at U14.

Will the new  revamped and re-energized no-cap league bring back any teams?
