Soccer is the worlds most popular game and it seems that Washington is following that trend. With that in mind I, Brandon Mitalas, created Mitalas Soccer Schools as a platform to give back to those who love the game, as I do. I have an extensive background in both playing and coaching.

Out of high school I played at SPU for my Freshman year. I left and enlisted in the Marines, after finishing my training I returned to school to earn all-star honors at Edmonds Community College. After a deployment to the middle east I finished my collegiate career on a full scholarship at Warner Pacific College.

I was fortunate enough to be a part of amateur teams that made it to the quarter finals of the US Open Cup (2001) and won the 2005 USASA Men's National Championship. After college I was invited to attend preseason with the Sounders and was successful, but wanted to and did finish my degree.

Previously I have been a member of the Sounders Women's W-League (2007-2009) coaching staff as an assistant and the Goalkeeping Coach. I have also coached at various colleges and am currently in my third year as the Men's Soccer Coach at Edmonds Community College.

I am a USSF B License candidate (July 2011) and hold a NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma. I am also a Founding Club Coach with Seattle United Soccer Club.

I provide personal, small group and team training and coaching. Far more than just showing up to the field and running you through some cones. You or your soccer player(s) will not only gain technical skill and ability... you will also gain the knowledge of when and how to apply these skills in a match setting.

I provide training and coaching to anyone and everyone who is willing to work a bit. From the college bound student-athlete looking to sharpen up prior to training camp. To the youth player who has the desire to develop at a higher rate than they currently are. To the adult who is just diving into a new sport and to the teams who are looking for a new voice and ideas. Whatever your reason, rhyme, or position... I can help you come closer to maximizing your athletic potential than you thought possible.

Pro's:
Professional coaching in a private setting from a full time soccer coach with proven success
Improved technical ability (field players and goalkeepers alike)
Tactical application of technical tools
College recruitment consultation
Improved confidence
Higher level of fitness
Greater understanding and love of the beautiful game
All ages welcome

Con's
I don't have a foreign accent :) but I assure you I know this game

My name is Brandon Mitalas and most of my background can be verified through a quick Google search. I also would to mention that I am a member of US Soccer's Coaches Net and the NSCAA and have coaching insurance through those organizations. I also have extensive training in CPR and First Aid.

I can be reached initially by email at
Mitalas.soccer.schools.brandon@gmail.com

Discounts for small group training (2-4 players)

Please email for additional information, I look forward to seeing you come closer to reaching your soccer potential than you ever thought possible.

You can also "like" Mitalas Soccer Schools on Facebook for 10% off of your first two sessions. Successful referrals will get you 20% off of your next two sessions (after two sessions with referred player)

With Respect,
Brandon Mitalas
