Rules question

If a player is playing winter league from now to mid-December can they guest play at a Thanksgiving Tournament with another club?

Or would they only be able to participate in tournaments that occur after the finish of the winter teams season.

If this WSYSA to USCS, then no rules apply.
If this is USCS to USCS, then I believe no rules apply.
If it is WSYSA to WSYSA teams, then a transfer has to be used, normally.
And of course, the proper thing to do under all circumstances is to get permission from your current team.

USCS to USCS ... Requires a player loan form.  It is only in the Members Portion section of USCS but below is the form found on another site.

WYS to WYS ... Old Registrars handbook says that a Guest Player form was needed when guest playing during Non-Open Periods .. ie League Season.  This requires that the players coach sign off.

No problem with the coach as he was aware of the posibility before she signed up.

The fall/winter team is WSYSA and the tournament team is Washington Rush which I want to say is either USCS or they are RCL for NCYSA.
