U11 team recommendations

Anyone out there with recommendations for BU11 teams? We're planning on moving to the Bellevue area next year and I'd like to get a head start on finding a good team for my DS who is currently U11 and will be U12 for the next tryouts. I am interested in finding a quality coach that is concerned about player development and not the win-win mentality. No yellers please.  Interested in RCL/non-RCL or PSPL. Level/playing record is secondary to finding a good coach. Thanks!

Check out this thread from last summer.  Another parent moving into the eastside had a similar question and got some good feedback
