Why is it that plenty of tournaments run by volunteers can get results out within a day or even the same day, but the state with its paid staff can't get results out?

Loose - Your shoes are loose.  The rope came loose.

Lose - You're going to lose the game (especially if you can't spell lose)!

Well the semifinal schedules are now up on the State's site but no scores for the Quarters are posted yet.  I really could use G96 WS Crush's score from their win in the Quarters.

Congrats to WS Crush for taking the GU15 Championship over FME Roadrunners.  Both quality Rec teams.

Congrat also to my DD's team (RTC Elite) for winning the state championship (GU19) for the 2nd year in a row.

This cup may not be the most competitive, but it is certainly the most fun!  Good job again LCC and team ;D

DD and I were at Starfire this weekend between EPD trainings to get some soccer gear at Soccer West. She was smiling from ear to ear seeing the cars with their windows painted with all of the teams and players names on the windows. Mud Kickers got our attention :) She said that it brought back some of her fondest memories playing for her old rec. team, the Ladybugs. There was so much excitement and energy in the whole place. We saw those who won and lost having the time of their lives and building those fond memories that will last a lifetime. We stopped and watched some great soccer with players that had a lot of heart and fire. It was awesome and was a great reminder for both of us what this is all about!! Congrats to ALL of those players.
