VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!!!

Special Olympics Washington is looking for Volunteers for our largest event of the year: Summer Games!! This event is held at Ft. Lewis on June 2-4.  You may volunteer for any sport!

The Event will run from: June 2-4.  Please visit www.sowa.org for other volunteering opportunities!
 
SOCCER VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY:
Saturday, June 3, 2006 8:00am – 1:00pm Saturday, June 3, 2006 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Sunday, June 4, 2006 8:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday, June 4, 2006 11:00pm – 3:00pm.  

Lunch will not be provided.

Anyone who is interested in helping to make this event a wonderful experience for our athletes should contact Beth Davies on her email at:beth.davies@farmersinsurance.com

Don't miss out on this opportunity!  This is a great time for families to bond, teams to help out, or to share in the excitment of a group of athletes who know nothing more than exactly what HEART AND FIRE means!!

We had a few girls and parents help at Kelso and all will be back for this one!  Plus a few more!

VICTORY-- YOU ROCK!!!  Wish more parents and kiddos would help out..... you just need to be there once to get addicted!  I have been brought to tears on more than one occasion and I have only been here for 6 months!

Mufasa and DD still trying to figure out our schedule. Will free one day up to be there. Psssst. don't tell anyone though least they figure out who Mufasa is ;)

Our family helped out for the first time in Kelso as well.  I would highly recommend this to everyone, it is an experience that you will never forget.  We are all looking forward to the next opportunity to volunteer in June at the Summer Olympics!! :D  :D  :D

Hey Brooke!  RATS!!!  I can't be there as this is the same weekend of the 1st weekend of LPTS....!!!  But my little brother will be there participating and I am sure my parents will be there to root him on...with my littlest guy, ZAY.  Watch for them will you!?  Isaiah will remember you if he sees you..he still talks about the cool "practice" you had down at Starfire!  He has the pic of you 2 up on his bulletin board in his room! ;)

Rolly that is great!  He is precious!!  I will definately have my eyes open for them....

I want to say thanks to Victory and some of the players: Lauren Taylor and Molly who did such a great job at the event we are trying to get them to do the same thing at Ft. Lewis!  WELL DONE LADIES!!!!
