I sometimes sub at a local high school. I saw this the other day, so I've scanned it for all to see.

Pretty cool, even though once again the talking heads do not believe that Eastern Washington even exists!   >:(

Interesting selection considering the Academy kids are not eligible to play HS soccer.  Should of said 16 HS players who are not suiting up for HS soccer this year...

Interesting that Korey Durkee, the Gig Harbor goalkeeper, has made a verbal commitment to play football at the University of Washington.

I subscribe to the WA ESPNHS news feed. He's a football & basketball guy because it's all he reports on. Nothing but football in the fall while ignoring girls soccer & cross country. So far this Winter has been all basketball.

He probably just aggregated his list from All Area teams from various papers. I'm sure he doesnt even know Academy kids dont play in HS.

+1 for noticing that though. I didnt when I saw it earlier...

Peter played for the Shadow during his younger years, made a personal decision to join west side club a few years ago.  So he is from Spokane, yes.

Mikhail Doholis won’t play his senior season for the Union boys soccer team.

He’ll instead be getting ready for his first college season at Oregon State.

Doholis, a veteran of the U.S. Soccer Under-17 National Team Residency Program and a US Youth Soccer National Champion, has committed to join the Oregon State men’s soccer program, Beavers head coach Steve Simmons announced Tuesday.
