I sometimes sub at a local high school. I saw this the other day, so I've scanned it for all to see.

Except that almost every player on that list will not play HS ball like ESPN says.

Last I heard the Academy kids will not be allowed to.

Old Dog, that's what I heard as well. But some of the academy boys have been to the recent HS soccer meetings, still unsure of whether they are truly not playing HS ball...it will be interesting how this plays out.

Other than the list having the wrong club affiliation in several cases, and the wrong high school in at least one case, and ignoring better players, it is the typical bunch of guesswork to  fill space.

Of course, if I still had a boy playing in high school and he were on the list, I'd be happy about it.

Mikhail Doholis won’t play his senior season for the Union boys soccer team.

He’ll instead be getting ready for his first college season at Oregon State.

Doholis, a veteran of the U.S. Soccer Under-17 National Team Residency Program and a US Youth Soccer National Champion, has committed to join the Oregon State men’s soccer program, Beavers head coach Steve Simmons announced Tuesday.
