Dragon not say post scores here (whole other section for that), but would like score PLUS re-cap of game stories on this post.

Dragon know that all CP's see through "rose-colored" glasses, so lets just hear the positive things your DD team do.  (we can save negative stuff for PM's  )

By having re-caps of games Dragon no see, that make Dragon predictions that much better

Sound is still in sin city and will not be able to watch any games this weekend. Oh hell you all know I'll find a game to watch down here.

Not very pretty soccer from Dos this morning...Harbor so clearly wanted the win!!  Dos v. Harbor 2-5!!   Harbor played really well and was winning the 50-50 balls, passing effectively and communicating.  Dos wasn't quite awake??? :?    :?     Actually the score was 2-2 within the first 5 minutes of play...stayed that way until the second half~then Harbor came out with some fire in their boots! Most goals were scored (by both teams) with about 10-12 girls crammed in the box with the goalie unable to see what the heck was going on!  (C'mon Dos...we gotta get it outta there!!!   :P)  I know it was a much needed win for Harbor, and it was well deserved.  They outplayed us today and were nice girls to boot!  Still love my Dos girls and I know they'll come to play hard next week!  (Royals!!!     )

East side 4 - Crossfire A 0
« Reply #4 on: October 08, 2005, 01:57:38 PM »

EFC wins this morning 4-0 over Crossfire Amy.  The game wasn't as dominating as the score would suggest.  Crossfire had some chances, but the opportunity closed pretty fast.

Cross opened playing ten in the box, hoping for a defensive battle I think.  EFC scored within the first 5 mins on a nice run by a striker.  Not long after Xfire put in an own goal off a corner  :(  I really hate to see that, no cheering fron the EFC sideline for that one. :|

Xfire opened up the offense after that and the game was fairly back and forth the rest of the game.  EFC had the higher quality chances though and converted them.  Defense came up to play on the front line with maybe 10 mins. to go.

Dragon loves all the re-caps.  Dragon actually managed to see 4 and 1/2 games today

A lot of fast driving, had to go by myself, DD was not in the mood to see any more games after hers

By the Way, BIG RED lost 1-0

Only one undefeated team left in Super 6 now,  before long Dragon might have to pick new Super 6    All the little stinkers on the other teams are getting to good

Now how bout recaps or even just scores of :
ecfc vs silverlake
nwn blue vs eclipse
velocity vs xfire l.
also any word on timbers or fcv?

Force scored early and often against the Extreme in the 1 st half.  Extreme got their goal late in the 2nd half.  Force finally look like they might be starting to come together and just in time they have 4 out of last 7 games against Eclispe and NWN.

1 Minute left ESA scores to beat Chika Lobos.  Good game by both teams.  Could have went either way.  Both teams played very good soccer.

EFC White Game report
« Reply #11 on: October 08, 2005, 07:34:08 PM »

Well, I can relate to Rollercoaster  :(

Alliance 2 Eastside White 1

Alliance had posted elsewhere that they 'needed' to win and they sure came to do so. It was 0-0 at the half, and although EFC had more scoring opportunities throughout the game, they couldn't pull out the win this time.

Alliance played a very organized game and passed well. The EFC girls played hard and will come back strong next week!!

Dragon don't keep us guessing :?:  What 3 1/2 games did you watch :?: please tell

Big Red loss
« Reply #12 on: October 08, 2005, 07:47:08 PM »

Dragon I think Red is over rated too much hype. Eclipse got a bit lucky that Red did not score hit post etc. But by no means did they get out played by Red. Were is your re cap what was it like did you see game ?  Why do you think they lost it ?

  Seems like a bad day for the two xfire teams both had own goals. A-xfire scored two against them selves and P-xfire scored one. Both games were very well played by all.

:| The more I see EFC the more they and the Royals look like the teams to beat.

Southern Scores
« Reply #16 on: October 09, 2005, 07:02:58 PM »

Since noone else seems to check on the teams to the south I will. FC Vancouver lost to the Tri Mountian Alvalance and the Timbers beat the Tri Mountain Hurricanes 3-0. Both of the Tri Mountain teams are GU-12.

I watch a GU-17 game. The blue and white team beat the Red and Blue team 1-0 in a shoot-out. It was a great game.

Dragon going to start keeping track of those 2 teams down south.

No predictions for next week (both have a bye), but both teams are doing a great job of representing the U11's
