On the girls side....
NWN G98 had a good showing with 2 wins and a 0-0 tie in the U13 Super Group, but were unable to advance.
Eastside G97 Red had three close and hard fought games in the U14 Super Group, with 1 win (1-0) and 2 losses (0-1, 1-2). They finished 3rd. Not too shabby!
Crossfire G97 J James had 3 close games, pulled out 2 wins and 1 loss, was able to advance into the Finals. They lost a close match 0-1 vs Chicago's MFC Fire Premier and placed 2nd. Nice job ladies!
FC Portland Navy G96 made it to the Finals in their GU15 Super Group. They placed 2nd in a close 1-2 match vs FCX North Back. Great job ladies!
Spokane Shadow G96 B are Finalists in the GU15 Premier Group after a close 1-2 matchup vs Real Magic. Excellent, ladies!
WPFC G95 Black played 3 tough matches and came out 1-1-1 but did not advance in the U16 Super Group.
NWN G95 Red came away with 1 tie and 2 losses in the GU17 Super Group.
Vancouver Timbers G94 Red pulled out 2 wins and 1 tie, advanced to the finals and decidedly won 5-1 in the GU17 Premier Group Final. Excellent job, ladies!
On the boys side....
WA Rush B98 came away with 2 losses and 1 tie in the U13 Super Group.
Eastside B97 Red played 3 good games and came away 1-1-1 in the BU14 Super Group.
Westside Timbers (formerly Metros) Forza B96/97 pulled out 1 win and 2 losses in the BU15 Super Group.
Spokane Shadow B95A came up against some very tough teams resulting in 3 losses in the BU16 Super Group.
Vancouver Timbers B95 Red did well with 1-1-1 in the BU16 Premier Group.
FC Portland B94 Navy played 3 closely contested games in the BU17 Super Group and came out with 2 ties and 1 close loss to the division champs Merced Atlas 1-2. Good defensive showing!
Vancouver Timers B94 Blue played 3 hard fought games, but finished with 2 losses and 1 tie.
There may have been a team or two that I didn't recognize, so I apologize for missing them if so. The results do not show states, unfortunately!
Good overall showing at Nationals! All should be proud to make it that far! Congrats!
