So its not a world event... but thought this would be an okay place to list team fundraisers....
Since almost all teams do fundraising...

Ohhhh I like this!

FC Aanvallen is having a Dinner, Dance, Auction on July 15 at the Swiss Sportmans club in Bonney Lake. It is the CLUBS only fundraiser. The money raised helps to offset the cost of equipment, lighted fields, uniforms, warmups, registration fees and scholarships for those who can not afford to play.

You can buy raffle tickets towards a stainless Steel BBQ or an outdoor patio set or come and enjoy a catered dinner by Longhorn BBQ and then stay for the dancing and music afterwards!

Auction items vary greatly. In the past, we have had mountain cabins for the weekend for up to 12 people,
Ice cream runs to Aberdeen in a private Cessna plane, Winery tours from various places, electrical work, an aluminum sliding glass door, Baby sitting/ housecleaning services, baskets of all shapes, sizes and themes, you name it. It was probably in there! :mrgreen:

-Carwash made $1100 and change
-Selling car wash tickets to Brown Bear made $4 for every $5 sale
-Selling plush pippin pies makes $4 for every $5 pie
-Golf Tourney makes big bucks if you can get raffle items and get a cut of the beer wagon
-sold hundreds of dozen of Krispy Kreams back in the day. Ask for donation vs. set dollar amount. Will come out ahead in the long run.
-Garage sales make good money, but alot of organization and time.

I don't think any of this is world news though.

The best way to make money with a car wash is to pre-sell tickets. Less then 20% of all pre-sold tickets will get car washed. Pick a weekend and have fun last year we made over $1000.
