If you must pick scores here are mine.  How did you fair last week VMS?

Arsenal 1, Heat 0
Snho can't seem to score but should get one against the Heat.  If not they're in real trouble.

Xfire3, ECFC 1
Xfire should cruz.  EC did play well against United so there may be an upset but I don't think so.

Storm 1, NWN 3
Storm may get fired up for this and this could be the upset of the week. Nationals comming off a good win against Snho might over look the Storm.

EFC 0, United 3
If there is going to be a tough match this is it.  United has toooo many horses and EFC is not scoring that much.

My scores and cheap comentary.

Squash - played FCU at Snohomish and lost , and I believe it was 2-0 and then in the Raineer Final and lost 2-1, EFC was up and then FCU tied it and got a PK for the winning goal.

Red Card - Although EFC needs better finishing, their defense is too strong to let 3 horses (or a combo of horses) score, I think that FCU is a great team and with the players they have aquired, should be even better than they are doing as far as goals.  Only beating the better teams by one goal (Dynamo, Snoho and even ECFC, which I heard could've gone their way).  They even tied Whatcom at PCC.  They must not be playing as a team yet.  So I will agree with most of your predictions, haven't really seen any upsets this year from the BU14 group, but I believe that will change the second time around.  I say that the FCU game could go either way but only 1 goal differential.

Squash, last 5 games have been a W2-1,L,5-0,D0-0,L2-0,L2-1. For some reason United gives them fits with their playmaker#7 having his way.He needs to be a "marked man" for EFC to win.
I am surprised that the United/ ECFC game was so close especially after Dynablow pounded them 4-1! If EFC plays their tough D, it could be a W for RED.

Redcard, bad week @1-3. Thought Heat would finally get a W as well as Arsenal.
Dynablow is playing tough I must admit. Maybe Storm will be pumped but they are hurting after losing their best forward to United. The other games are "locks".Let the games play!

VMS care to give a recap of your game. I saw it was 4-1 for FC United, was it really that bad? Sometimes scores don't truly reflect the game or how it's played.

Flew
...and crashed :x United came out strong with several early shots on goal. Our fifth string keeper made a great play to prevent an early score. But then the ex-Storm kid found a seem and lofted a nice shot over our keepers outstretched hands to score,  1-0. Several minutes later a BAD foul in the box ...PK...2-0... after about 10min!!!! EFC tightened up after that and had two great chances in the closing minutes of the first half to score...but couldn't find the net. Looked like it was gonna be a game. But the second half started terribly with a missed clear in the box on first possession and United banged it home 3-0. Too tough to come back from that. Both teams scored meaningless goals after that. After a great game against Xfire, this was disappointing .Our offense is struggling now and our defense gave them two easy goals!!!Our starting keeper's absence for the 3rd week  in a row (and 5 out of 6 games this year!!) is forcing the coach to juggle the lineup and can't seem to come up with a consistent game. Two tough games coming up with ECFC and Arsenal again. EFC needs to right this ship... and fast.We look forward to the  early return from injuries  of our starting keeper and middie. Any keepers and strikers looking for a good team with great kids, coaches and parents, please apply ;) ( No, the other EFC parents are NOT like me )
Interesting matchup next week with the two undefeateds playing each other. Should be a great match...seems like United has the advantage...they have the horses...they have excellent subs... and they don't back down.
On other fronts, Eddie will be singing the blues as his beloved posted a draw against Storm...yes, that Storm that EFC has beaten 4 times in a row.... and Eddie laughed at as not worthy!!!

Ed, does crow taste like chicken?
