Players of the Week for week #6

Dragon know weekend almost here. :D

Dragon want to remind all CP's of upcoming POTW for Sat.  Remember to vote for your nomination via PM to Dragon, or on open forum if you choose.  PLEASE only make one nomination per DD.  And please base it solely on this Sat's game play.

At the end of year Dragon getting together "gift pack" for kid and will send out a "goodie box" full of little gifts for Dragon selected POTY (player of the Year) ;)
The Dragon-Player of the year will be based on the previous winners of POTW, it will be based on their continued performance and how they continue to strive to be better and better young soccer players.  So remember who you nominated and continue to monitor their progress the rest of the year.

Dragon say to DD's who already won POTW, don't get relaxed just cause you win such prestigous award  , Yes you have risen to a great level to hold such an honor as Dragon-player of the week.   But the trick is in maintaining that high level of excellence, Keep trying as hard as you can each week, and give it your all at practices.  Never forget to play with "Heart & Fire".

Good luck to all DD's, Dragon look forward to even more nominee's this weekend.  (nominations due No later then 6pm Sunday).

Dragon Dude you are a pure treat to our wonderful youth soccer players.  With your positive Dragon statements.  I have printed out some of your post and read them to my team.  They all think you are cool.  They will be happy to hear about this new idea of player of the week.  I hope one of them will get a chance to have their names up in the lights.  I do hope you also look at other than the goal scorers and the GK's.

Dragon will look at all nominations.  Dragonkid is a  defender so Dragon know how important is to look at "whole" team.

the "COVETED DRAGON award will go out each week to 1 or 2 players that represent the "Heart & Fire" that Dragon so love to talk about.

As coach, you should have different nomination each week ;)
Remember in nomination (PM), please give as much detail on the young lady as possible, but limit it to that game only.

Look forward to your future nominations

With the chance of winning a "DRAGON" award the games might be a little more intense and fun to watch :D

I might have to revisit my picks for this weekend.  Some little firecrackers will light up the goal and get hat tricks just to be POTW. :D

Yes, Dragon will try and stay away from just goal scoring because that is really not fair in a team sport as complex as soccer, but it would be hard to over-look a hat trick
