.
Andre Agassi is an American tennis player of Iranian descent. He is thirty six years old and married to Steffi Graff, herself a great German tennis champion who retired about 5 or 6 years ago. They have two small children. Agassi was previously married to American film star Brooke Shields. He has won 8 Grand Slam tennis single titles in his career, and one of only three players to have won all four. He is widely regarded as one of the most complete tennis players to have ever played. He is retiring from competitive tennis following this years US Open in late August and September held in New York, Flushing Meadow I believe. I hope that helps you out......
I was just shaking EasternWashington's tumbleweeds a bit...  I knew who Agassi was.
I would rather watch Golf any day of the week over tennis. Just never got into tennis
Glad to hear you like golf, how long have you played? I have played for well over 35 years now. I don't play like I used to, but I was pretty good until I herniated a disc in my lower back in 1986. Just can't turn like I used to. I use to watch Fred Couples at the Jefferson Park driving range, and since he is my age, and the Golf team I was on back in High School, well our number 1 and 2 golfers always thought they could beat Couples, as you know they never did. I played three, four or five position, so I never got to play head to head with them anyway, just practice......How long have you played? Who are your favorite players, men's tour of course......
Believe it or not I started watching golf on TV in 1965, one of the great shows, was titled Shell's Wide World of Golf, they would have head to head matches, one that stands out in my mind was Slammin Sammy Snead and Ben Hogan, I believe Snead beat Hogan, but it was great to see them perform even though they were past their prime. Snead had the best swing I have ever seen,
even compared to the present day players. And of course Nicklaus was the best ever. A few of my favorites were Tom Weiskopf, Bob Charles, Billy Casper and you should have seen Chi Chi Rodriguez in his youth, he was great out there.......but the best I've ever seen, ball striker, Snead, putting, Crenshaw, long Irons (no hyrbrids) Nicklaus, short game, Trevino, Length Nicklaus/Weiskopf in their day and Woods. Finally a guy that could shoot the lights out when he was on fire, Johnny Miller.....Best overall game from top to bottom, The Golden Bear, Woods creeping up behind. What do you think?
