Well first week get no nominations but dis week got a ton (16), so make it very hard ta pick winner :oops:

Since none fo week #1, Dragon gonna pick two winners dis week :mrgreen:

Sorry if your nomination did not win this week; As always dis is very toughest part of Dragon's job.

Remember, DD only need win POTW once to be eligible for POTY!

Keep those nominations comin', with all the great super-stars da 94's have, should be lots-o-chances to win!

With out further ado, The Player(s) of the Week are:

#16  LEAH - PATRIOTS BLUE 94!!! :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:




Leah is a superstar used to winning.  Dragon almost positive this young superstar was a playup last year with the 93 Pats on their Challenge Cup winning team.  This past weekend she played sweeper for her team during the tournament and her outstanding play set the tone for the whole weekend.  She was instrumental in holding off all attackers and winning a huge amount of 50/50 balls, with her courage and Heart & Fire on the pitch she lead her team to 4 consecutive shutouts!!  She lead her team all the way to the finals and even in the losing effort to Crossfire this young star Never gave up!  Dragon is very proud of you little super star, Keep up the great work! :mrgreen:

#1 MADDIE  -  MRSA AVALANCHE 94!!! :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:




Maddie is our other player of the week and the way she won is very special.  Her team was "dead last" in their tournament but this young super star lived the values of Heart & Fire the entire time and never gave up!  Her effort on the pitch for every game was tremendous!  Comments on this young superstar were heard on both side lines the entire tournament.  In their last game her team had to play one person down the entire game.  Rumor has it that is might have been from a touch of food poisoning, and Dragon believes Maddie had it too but still played.  Even with all that on her shoulders she still managed to play hard and even score for her team.  Best part of all, in a Very Rare situation, Maddie won the KCC's MVP award!!!  Great job young star, Dragon is proud of you!!! :mrgreen:



Now how bout a nice big WPS round of applause for both these deserving young stars :mrgreen:

Congrats to Leah and Maddie.  You both deserved this weeks award. :)

I had the pleasure of watching Leah this past weekend.  Great Job.

Maddie I hope I get to see you play.  It sounds like you played awesome over the weekend.

Great Job Ladies.  I had the pleasure of watching Maddie this last weekend and she is probably one of the smallest players out there but she plays with a HUGE heart and no fear.

As Dragon said it is very rare for a team finish where they were and have the MVP but I can honestly say it ended up in the right hands.

I am like dogedog, but the other way around, in that I hope to see Leah play sometime in the future.

FABULOUS JOB!!!  Keep playing with heart and fire and maybe one of you will win the POTY award as well.

Hey, this is Leah #16 from the Patriots. I just wanted to say thank you to Dragon. I appretiate that you noticed all the effort I put in my work when I'm on the field. Thank you to everyone that was watching my games, and saw that I was a hard working player with many skills. I appretiate that you took your time, and watched me in my games. Also, I'd like to thank my team, for helping me make it this far in the tournament. I would have never made it that far without you! And another big thanks to all the teams that we played. I didnt watch ANY soccer this weekend so have nobody to nominate.  :shock:
I floated in my pool all day long on Sunday (what a lazyass!  :mrgreen:  

But next weekend.......... I get to watch both Lollipop and MR.A play  :mrgreen:

Back and forth from Starfire to Burlington :shock:   Anyone want to loan me their helicopter?????

But cant stay at Burlington because Mr.A has his games Friday night and Saturday night and Sunday.  GO TEAM USA!!!
