Duffer wants to say this. When going to a turney the thing you need to put at the top of your list is has your child prepard for the week end is there diet the best for them to feel relly good are they drinking lots of water are the getting good sleep have they been practicing on there own is there first touch one that they can have a second? and as a parent are you ready to support them no matter how they do?no need to worry about who plays who 99% of you stoped at LOTS OF WATER!it goes fast they can love you as parents or hate you.Make that choice every time you yell at them!Good luck kids you will need it parents are never happy just saying there proud of you they have the need to throw in what level your playing at!!Its not who they play its how well they play!

Lots of water, especially at this time in the summer, is CRITICAL!
They say that if your thirtsy, you are ALREADY dehydrated. Drink water and then drink some more.

Getting the right foods in you to keep up energy will last you a LOT longer than the Snickers Bar you just had. And the sugar high crash, won't happen so fast or so hard.

As for the parents, we need to say only 3 things:
1 I LOVE YOU!
2 GOOD/ GREAT GAME!
3 WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO EAT?

I am learning to stay off the " coaching " for older DD. She knows when she screwed up and when she didn't. She probably sees more of the game than I do, as she is involved.

I have to thank Gumby for stepping in for me yesterday at the Evergreen tournament. I was not able to be there to watch Lollipop so could not give her our pre game hug- goodluck- have fun!!!

My good friend Gumby did this for me and I appreciate it!!!
