North County Premier Club proposal
« on: July 27, 2006, 01:29:25 PM »

I doubt that this would happen in the North County.  There was a lot of talk last year about merging the SIlver Lake club and Mukilteo programs but they could not come to an agreement.   I would suspect this proposal was made by someone from this camp or other club that will be impacted in a negative way with the upcoming LPT placements for next year.

Their are far too many egos that have been mentioned on previous posts for this to happen and than you would have the nightmare of which fields to use and how it will impact the girls on how many are left to play on a  'Super team"   What happens to all the girls that did play or do they just slip away because of some egos  at the top.    The stronger clubs like Marysville,  Snohomish,Skagit, and the new club Whatcom would probably  not sign off on this either.

Skagit has no say in the matter. Skagit Storm is in the Skagit Valley Youth Soccer Association, not North County Youth Soccer Association.
