But also lost to Timberbarrons and Crush. Hard to find much info on them.   I did see the results from down south and they would be in my top 22 though.  Good results in Rimland and they will move up

wow.  Reign Purple is way up there and rated better than some very good teams.  I think they are in the Rimland.   This is a good tourney and can sort out some of this.

Take a look at Losc Nike Cup and combined with runner ups on PK's at Diadora and you may think I have them to low!  Rimland will be won by the winner of the Reign and Rangers preliminary game IMHO.  Winner goes on.  Reign would be my long shot pick right now for State Cup

Blast lost to Nemesis in Beaverton.  They have also lost thier very good keeper.  Right now they would fall behind Auburns green girls

I agree Reign is a tough team to beat.

Blast is a good team, but they will likely stay in the twenties for a while. I don't think they have beat any team in the top twenty yet, so until then they are probably 23rd or 24th

FCV Independence had 3 girls away at ODP, and 2 out with injuries for Nike Cup. Not taking anything away from Reign, they were very good at the Nike Cup.

Nemesis had 3 of Victory's hot shots lead them to 'Victory' for a second at Beaverton.

Watch for the results from the Chinook Cup to see where the top SW Wash teams are.

Lets face it this time of year every team has a couple players hurt and a couple out of town.

Other teams have made this list with the use of guest players.  They are within the rules.

absolutely, it just wasn't a good representation of the the Indys. Merely a suggestion to see what they do at the Chinook, they'll be at full strength.

The Nemesis had several hurt players as well, didn't see the game but got info from a familiar poster here, goes by "Victory" ? Hence my pun. It was a long way to go for a joke that didn't work, never mind.

The Blast have never done much in the summer. But as yote 19 says look at league & State Cup that is what matters. This Summer stuff with players missing & guest players you cannot get an accurate read on most teams. DS I agree with your top 10!

Good list DS!

Low blow Soup!  You obviously didn't watch any of the Nemesis Beaverton Cup games.  The Nemesis coach used the Victory players as subs except for the goalie (who by the way played lights out at this tournament!).  So to say they led them to a 2nd place finish is a complete discredit to the hard work the starting Nemesis players put forth to come up with the results of that weekend.  I do agree that it would have been tough to get the results without the guests because the team was missing several players to vacation and injury and would not have had subs (see results at FC Portland Cup where the team lost in Semis to Westsound Red with 11 players).

The Chinook Cup will have 6 of the top 20 along with some of the stronger teams from Oregon (Bend Spirit, CFC Liberty, FC Willamette Pursuit) and may help sort out some rankings prior to league play.

The list is good.  But with some teams not playing in alot of tournaments local etc...it does scew things abit.  But the more exposure all of these teams get to each other the better they are getting.  Learning new plays-positions etc.

I must agree with another poster early on however that this years GU-13 has got to have some of the best talent seen in years.  Its going to be a great season.  All the hard work will pay off for everyone no matter where they are in the "rankings"   :D

LOW BLOW ? Surely you jest, exactly where did a low blow come in ? Good grief, you MAY want to take a deep breath, or at least read the entire post before blasting me. Did you even SEE the intended pun to Victory ? (the poster not the team) Did you see the next post of mine where I said "I did NOT see the game and it was a LONG way to make a joke that wasn't funny" ? Gads, a little defensive aren't we ? Or maybe you're always mad ? You may remember I recommended the Nemesis earlier in the year as a good little team to play for ?

Two low blows Soup.  The Indy's did have some players out for the Nike Cup.  Two to ODP and one to an injury.  They may be starting players, but that team is talented top to bottom.  Maybe it just wasn't their weekend, it  was extreme heat conditions afterall.   :P

And, please,  do give credit to the Nemesis where credit is due.  They too are talented.  They were missing a couple players and needed subs (which they were very thankful for  :D ) but their  players deserve credit.  Again, they played their little behinds off in that extreme heat

I love these ratings, but I don't put a lot of thought into them.  I like seeing my teams on there, but aren't  tournaments about getting them ready for league play?   :?   I can't wait for the Chinnook Cup.  It's the last tournament before league begins and Qualifiers (stupid qualifiers) have already been played so we know where each team is seeded.  It's a blast!   :)

As long as we are giving credit where credit is due could the Reign win have anything to do with the fact they are a very good team? They would be my first pick to win state cup this year.    If they win Rimland (and I would put them as favorites) they will move up into the top 5  They have pieces that no team will be able to deal with once the coach gets them playing together.

I did not in any way discredit the Indys, I love the team if you go back to many of my previous posts. If you also would read the post it said, after someone brought up their loss; "the Indys were short at the Nike Cup".

I gave credit to Nemesis, they are talented, yea, yea. I'm tired of defending myself for defending these little girls on their teams. I have never, and will never beat on kids, ever. I suggest some of  you actually READ the posts before your blah blahs. Our team played the same tournaments, in the same heat, and lo and behold, after the games their behinds were missing also, so spare me.

No Soup--as I have said before, everybody gets a lil touchy.  All teams are trying, working hard with the players that they have, rankings don't mean jack, some parents go overboard in their passion and in a few years everybody (who is LEFT) will have calmed to a nice gentle relaxation towards soccer.  Good luck to all.

Sorry Soup. Maybe I misread your post.  Not trying to get touchy!    :)   Good Luck to you all this weekend!   8)
