Another Storm coach jumps ship

What is going on over at the Federal Way Club? Two coaches abandoned their teams with in 1 week.  The only Storm team that seems to be sturdy right now is the past State Champs - The 89's are really struggling,  the 91's & 92's both lost their coaches. Are these things because of coaches or the association or both?
It's sad to hear about all the turmoil as Federal Way Storm use to be a place you "wanted" to be, other than FCU & Xfire.
