Tacoma Stars Start the Winter Season with a win over archrival Wenatchee Fire!

The Tacoma Stars headed over the mountains to Wenatchee December 2nd for their first game of the Winter Season. Wenatchee Fire and the Tacoma Stars have a long history of battling it out over the Pacific Region Title. Wenatchee Fire has a great following of over 300 spectators per game cheering on and firing up their team to almost a home game advantage. Under the guidance of John Purtteman, former Seattle Seadog, and Portland Pride player, the Tacoma Stars were ready to set the tone for the league. In the first half, the Stars were ahead 6-4 with fouls on both sides.  In the second half, the Stars were determined to pull ahead and widen the gap to assure the first win of the season. The Wenatchee Fire racked more fouls determined to pull through, but fell in defeat to the Tacoma Stars 10-6.

What a win!!!!! Great Job Tacoma Stars!

The question is???? Can Tacoma top Wenatchee's Attendance record???? Let's show our support to the Tacoma Stars and put Tacoma ahead on the "most in attendance".
