The Big Dance How far will the Cougs and Zags go?
« on: March 14, 2007, 12:29:27 PM »

So how far will the Cougs and Zags go?   The Cougs may go far depends on how the teams I do not know much about match up to them.

Zags have tough first round game against  Sampson Hoosiers. They are a well coached team will depend on how the Coaches do and what adjustments they make at the half..

Cougs should make the sweet 16, maybe the super 8.....not the final 4.

But I'll be rooting them on. :P

Zags......gone first weekend :(

Now that Josh Heytfeldt has moved into a probationary mode and his court case is pretty much over--when does he get reinstated.  Next year? Today?

I pick Gonzaga to do well every year (at least for the past 5 or 6), but this year I have them losing early (which means they'll probably make the Elite 8)!

I have UCLA winning it -- what do I know.  They play tough defense, have great guard play and have played in big games before.

I hope they both do well.  Wazzu is one of those "don't want to face" teams this year.  Awesome back-court and match-up problems galore.

I don't have either going far in my pool though.  Everybody elso does and I have to deferentiate myself somehow to get points.

By the way Gumby, I don't see your picks for the final four--we need more participants in the unofficial official WPS NCAA pool

my philosophy: root for the Washington then Oregon, but never California teams. And NEVER a team Bobby Knight coaches. Other that, it's all good. I actually don't even waste my time with b-ball. Too much soccer going on.
