When I was younger, I LIVED for Defender. Everyday after school, I'd walk over a mile to the local Farm Boys store and play for HOURS! A roll of quarters lasted me a week or more. I hated it when they closed  :evil:

I wasnt into the video games but I do remember a few things from the 70's that were cool for a while but then went away.......


We called them Knockers. Ever try to look up knockers on the internet :shock: ?  Im not asking YOU Cheese. ;)

My mom still has our old Atari in a box at her house. Would be fun to set it up for the kids and see what they think.
I bought a game for XBox that has a bunch of the old games on it.
It was called Atari Anthology.

got that too....for PS2!   They play old 80's songs while playing...love it!!!   :mrgreen:


But........If mom has the old Atari......I think I am bringing a bottle of wine and spending the night with her on Friday!!!!
