Wore out my tapes by The Outfield and Icehouse.  I must also admit to owning Air Supply album but only to get the chicks to think I had a sensitive side.

Also, BIG HAIR BANDS RULE!!

Just about all of it - except the bubblegum bands singers like Debbie Gibson and a couple bands that meant so little I can't even remember there names.  Wen't from Hard Rock, to punk, to wave - you should see my old record/tape collection.

My all time favorite of the 80's had to be PRINCE - don't know what is was - we sat in line overnight for tickets to his concert in 85 and what a show that was

Fleetwood Mac before my time    Two concerts I saw that were pretty good, but on different levels---Kansas and the other was Billy Idol and The Cure    That second one was a wild one.

ahem,,, the original iteration of Fleetwood Mac from the 70's included Bob Welch and no Lindsey Buckingham/Stevie Nicks. Who really changed the sound and the whole dynamic of the band. Lindsey and Stevie took over the singing and song writing chores with Christine McVie being relegated to back up vocals and the occasional lead.

So basically the name was the same, but in this case the "Song did NOT remain the same". Therefore the 80's version of the band can be classified as a different band.

I'm allowing the answer, nuff said.

AC/DC changed alot after Bon Scott died. New singer with Back in Black significantly changed the sound and the music enough that my ruling on this band; ALLOWED
