ok... dont you guys/gals think it is tough to rank U11 teams whether they are boys or girls, this is a tough age to figure out who stands out and who is weak. THey are just learning the game arent they? IT seems a bit pointless. BUT you all have every right to set up rankings > I would have a difficult ranking teams at this age, they change so much. I did see several good teams this past weekend but wow, they coudl change from minute to minute, game to game.
Tell me how do you all decide who is better then the others. Is it tournaments won? or what.
First & foremost, remember its all for fun and invites discussion. It's anyone's guess/opinion  These happen to be mine
1) Just an educated guess
2)The top 5 are usually apparant and consistent / next 5 somewhat more clear / after top 10 becomes very difficult.
3) Definately changes as the year progresses. Different level of improvement / team dynamics come into play
3)The "on any given day" rule definately applies with GU-11's  Depends on "who shows up"
4) Decision criteria? Summer: tournaments won and the quality of tournament & competition. Fall: kinda stays static (maybe PDL rankings? otherwise very difficult to judge) Winter: State Cups
5) Then there's Blue Chip's approach! I can't even begin to explain it. All I know is hey uses a Cray Super Computer
