In regard to the boy that was shot and killed in Stanwood yesterday.  He had played on the Pharohs (88's).  His brother played at the UW for a year.

Very sad, and when it was mentioned his brother played at UW or had. I knew exactly who it was, but the article confirmed it.

I hope the best for their family during these times, it's truly a sad situation.  :oops:  :cry:

This is incredibly sad. My son knew him and played against him for years. Not only was he a very talented soccer player, he was a nice kid who had many friends. My heart goes out to his family.

ugh that is sad, I vaguely remember who he was, my son played NWN one year but was two years younger then his team.  That was a good team .fun to watch. I am sure I saw him play. Sad, to lose someone at such a young age

Nice boy, incredible family.  The community is in shock right now.  The Times did have a nice article out today.  Everywhere I go people just keep shaking their heads at one another in disbelief.
