Indeed.  Tip of the cap to Atlanta as well.  It's refreshing to see a team play straight up with no shenanegans.  Classy

What fun!  We love soccer!!  We love the Sounders!!!  I was in Tampa and missed the game, but I checked the Internet last night and went to bed happy.  Does this mean we get an MLS team now?

Nice Gallery photos, beautiful trophy!  Way to go Sounders! And thank you FSN for doing a good job covering the game. Loved the commentary during the game. Being able to hear the chanting by the crowd, all the noise and excitement as well as updates from the sidelines from Bobby Howe himself.    Even got the husband to stop switching between Huskies, Cougs and Mariners! :D

definitely a sweet victory. It was hard to watch with the Cougs, the Huskies, the Beavers and the Ducks all playing. But the Sounders really played to win, unlike our local team the Timbers who can't get a ball in the net. But the good news for us is we'll hopefully get some Sounders players in Portland when the MLS team forms in Seattle.

Congrats Sounders !!, a brilliant victory !!

yes we know that unfortunately  the timbers have timbered once again. but you have a winning college team that is very impressive. maybe with lots of prayers and some decent recruiting the timbers program will get better.
