A group and B group

B group is for those teams (B teams) from PDL etc that wanted to still play in the highest cup, but at there own level

Are you saying that at BU-11 there are only 14 teams that have a chance to call themselves the state champions.  It seems pretty weird that a state cup would only have 14 teams.  Why not have a state championship with all 28 teams?
This does not feel right.

Dragon thanks for posting this.  Now let the predictions begin:

Group A will be interesting as the two district teams are in that group.  You would expect ECFC to win the group, but who knows.  And hard to predict 2nd.

Group B should be WPFC 1st and Snoho 2nd

Group C will be Crossfire 1st and EFC Red 2nd

Group D NWN will easily win this group and Harbor in 2nd

Predictions -- who can really tell the future? But guessing can be fun!
I like most of your picks NOWRK and good luck at State!:

Group A should be ECFC 1st and a total guess is Skagit to place 2nd
Group B could be WPFC 1st and Snoho 2nd
Group C might be Crossfire 1st and EFC Red 2nd
Group D NWN 1st but I'll go with Westsound in 2nd place (this being the interesting bracket in pool)
Both Harbor and Evergreen have good change to provide this tournament with upsets.

If Snoho was to win their bracket WPFC would have to play Crossfire in the quarter finals.  I know WPFC would be the favorite in the prelims, but who knows.  Either way 2nd place in that bracket will have to play Crossfire next.

Last year my DS played on a district team that had not played all that well all year.  They made it to semi's for Challange Cup.  You never can tell what will happen with the tourney.

Dragon,
I know there will be four teams with state titles, but the state cups are meant to have different difficulty levels and at U11 the Challenge Cup is the top state competition.  It seems really weird that only 14 teams would want to enter the toughest state cup.  I wonder if there are any of the teams in division 2 of the Challenge Cup that wanted the top competition.  It does not seem like a true state cup.

D has no answer why it was done this way, only that it was ;)

(can't go to regionals at U11, so shouldn't matter how many Champs there are at this age group anyway...the More the merrier) :mrgreen:
