Was it me or was this really the best possession game the Sounders has played all year? Or is it that Toronto is that bad now, because I was really surprised how they seemed to work the ball around at will through out the match.

Yes, and probably.

Sounders are W-8 D-2 L-1 in last 11 matches.

The only team in the playoffs that I want us to avoid is the Galaxy. Columbus would be ideal. Red Bulls would be fine, too. Dallas and Salt Lake? Fine match ups.

But please, let's save the Galaxy for a date in Toronto.

Let's see, how many pillows am I going to have to stuff under the XXXXXXL Parka for my Sigi Schmidt costume? I can handle the hair and the scowl, and if I special order the parka, it will arrive before game time. But I may need to clean out the local Fred Meyer for enough pillows!

It would be so cool if they could have the match at 1.30 on the 31st - the kids want to go but don't want to miss trick or treating.....we have tickets already before the date was announced -don't know if we would have bought as many knowing the date and time

We dont have kids trick or treating anymore but we have the best decorations in town and loads of kids will be coming by. If Im not home to hand out candy, I think my graveyard will be destroyed. Wish the game was in the day time too!!!! Guess someone else will be enjoying my ticket.

MLS refereeing sinks to a new low in this game.
The Sounders should have had a PK, Houston their GK sent off and another player get a yellow for diving. Instead, two Seattle players recieve cautions. Atrocious job from a lousy ref.
That being said, the Sounders did not play well in the second half.
Sturgis and Jaqua both showed why they should be left unprotected, and Ianni totally blew the header late in the game that would have tied the match.

Unless LA loses tomorrow, the Galaxy look to be in Seattle on Halloween.
