Down under this yellow box it says Additional options.... Click that
It will say:
Notify me of replies
Return to topic and Don't use smileys
Under that it shows ATTACH: ___________ Browse
If you have the picture saved on your computer, hit the browse button and look for your picture.
From there, click on picture and then on OPEN. Then you can post it.

Another option is to use photobucket or imageshack to 'host' your pictures.
Save the picture on one of those sites and use the direct link to copy and paste into a post on here. When it is copied, go to the picture image above this box ( 2nd one in from the left, looks like a painting )
Click on your direct link to highlight it and use the image button above.
It should show something like this
(img.httpwhateveryourpictureis img)
You an use the preview button below to see if it shows up before posting it to make sure you did it right
