and since you are already on your knees

Here is the latest from Autumn,

Sorry for no news about Autumn for the last couple of weeks. Our family has been out of town due to a death in the family and frankly I have been a bit out of touch.
Currently Autumn is still fighting extreme fatigue on a regular basis. Her counts have remained high enough that she has not needed a transfusion and she has remained off of several of her chemotherapy drugs in order to give her body a chance to recover. For the most part they have had to stick pretty close to home to protect her from infection. All of the Fairalls are still feeling a bit discouraged because they have not seen the increase in energy and health they had been told to expect with the maintenance phase of Autumn's treatment. Please pray for their encouragement.
Additionally Autumn is needing to find a way to eat more. I know that most of us wish we had that problem - but for her it is a very real problem. She has gotten thin enough that they are discussing inserting a feeding tube. She has a two pound window to work with. If she looses any more weight she will be dealing with a feeding tube. I told her I was going to bring he some ice cream. She needs good nutrition - but what she really needs is an appetite.
Tonight Autumn is running a low grade fever. We are currently praying that it stays low - at least through the night so that they do not have to enter the emergency room in the middle of the night. She is a fighter - but she is tired.
Take care,
Tiffany
