The time has come.

I am tired of being SOL when it comes to knowing what a DD is!

Please use this thread to define (or even create new) terms that appear on these forums or at matches.

Example=

BPBP...is a person or group of persons from Bellarmine Prep who are overly boastful about the merits of their team. A "BPBP" is a Bellarmine Prep Boastful Person/Parent.

Used in a sentence: "The BPBP's huddled by their imported Euro-styled portable heater as they feared a first loss at the feet of valiant South Kitsap and it's cold, tough, rowdy fans."

Leave it up to a BPBP to use a boxing quote in a soccer thread. What, couldn't find anything from the Dali Lama?

Sounderfan, it's okay. Settle down. It was only one game. Do you not have more to do with your time?? Take a couple deep breaths.  breathe out sloooowwwwly.

Get real and get back to life as we know it. By your multiple responses you identify yourself...not as passionate, but obsessed.

Let's move on to next week.

Hey, that is the half time snack list for my team.  :!:
Just for the parents, actually.   The boys get water with a cut up lime in the water cooler.

Actually had one parent on last years team who refused to use the hotel ice machine.  He had to go around various stores until he found a brand of crushed ice that he liked!   He was referred to by one and all (among the CPs) as the ice snob (affectionately).
Seriously, it is not as if we were in Mexico or some 3rd world ####hole.  Special brands of ice?

Ice must be chilled then cooled then frozen to be quality ice.  It must be tested in a lab once frozen to meet federal regulations.

To be top notch ice it must be thawed then refrozen again by Fred and his Zamboni machine.  Once frozen again it is then hand crafted into little rectangular shaped pieces with the little hole in one end for the personal satisfaction and trademark of quality ice.  This is the result directly caused by NAFTA.

This 'premier' ice is usually purchased in specific regions of the US that are bound by and fortunate enough to support a 7-11, Arco gas or Wal-mart.

I can't say that I blame the guy for wanting a good bag of ice.
