my best friend saw it Thursday night, pre-release something or other. Said it was "OK". Robert D Jr did a good job, and had some funny parts. But that was it. After Transformers, most other movies just don't compare do they ?

I saw it on Friday and I liked it a lot. DD did too, Dh didn't like it much but he doesn't like comic book movies.  There was one short scene with mild nudity and a some violence (torture sequence). I love Robert Downey Jr though. His acting is just great.

Oh great now I spit Diet mt dew on my computer! LOL and um yes I suppose I am. It wasn't like his backside or anything. They did show his upper body a bit. ;)  The scene I was talking about was a bedroom scene and he wasn't alone. (trying to keep it PG while describing a PG13 movie is rough)  I guess it would have been worse had he been alone???

Soccerdad-  I thought you wrote what Brat said- using imagination and then I read yours and got them messed up.  There are actually three separate thoughts there. DD is 11 and liked it,
movies was packed, and then my mess up.

I'm just pulling your chain, HB! ;)   We all liked the movie...my DDs are 13 and 15.  We went to the 10:15 p.m. show and it was packed, too!  No wonder it did over $100M at the box office this weekend!
