Coach that threatens Violence

If a club knowingly emploees a coach that when things don,t go his way calls other coaches and threatens to kick there ass beat them down and brerates them with foul languge ! Is there any place for a guy with this ability to snap coaching 10year old kids Or any kid for that matter! 3 years ago Lwysa removed a coach for foul language now they protect Possible violent behavior This is not somthing that was acceptable a few years back! Looks like LWYSA is back to its old behaver! what other things are being swept under the rug?

Just got a PM from Jim Thanks! It looks like this topic is to hot for crossfire board they all step aside and ask LWYSA to deal with this deal! WOW it must be really bad The crossfire board hires these guys with the guidence from there coaching directors and fires every one tell it comes to this guy! Well boys that spells it out You have no right running crossfire with out the aprovale of LWYSA on everything! If you only want the good you have no right to the tuff dicistions of running a youth org!
I will do my best to tell you the names of all people that defend this guys actions! Keep those PM comeing!!!

I will not deny that something happened, but this is not a topic I should be involved in. I can't stop others nor will I, I just won't be posting on the topic myself. :|

Well I can tell you this crossfire does not want rec over seeing them so if they hand this over to LWYSA you know this $hit is bad and they want no part of it!!!They only want there names on the good sorry boys this is a black eye for Crossfire! You want your kid playing for a club that passes the buck when its time to get rid of a bad coach????

yet they have the opportunity to handle it in house and not only retain their reputation, but build some more positivity by doing the right thing, publicly
