Don't know if all the "$hit bag" stuff is really needed, in fact it is not,. but every single paying customer of Black, Red, White, Crossfire Select, and maybe even LWYSA Rec teams ought to take a good long look at where their money is being spent.

I've looked... and it doesn't look like all of it is spent on your kid, or needy kids. Still, I am not telling you not to continue. You all are responsible adults. Do what you think is best. There is a niche for A TOP club in the state. The question is , are you willing to pay for it?

Hey duffer check out which XFire coach was fired from FC Alliance a few years ago and ended up coaching young XF girls. Try and see how many of the XFire parents on that team complained about language their DD's reported the coach using at practices. Ask what XFire did about it, and what they do about all negative parent evals (which of course are thrown out if anonymous, you are required to sign them). Answer of course, is NOTHING was done. Coach still coaching (badly)....

The evals should be sent to every familys home with team ID printed on it every parent shoud be able to send back to club with out there name just there team # and they should be read by board members and if a coach eceeds complaint limit Say majoriy of team coach should be removed from that team! Now If a coach uses profanity of threatens harm to any one there GONE end of story Now crossfire is hidding bad coaches thinking there smart the problem is people at the national leval sponcers and large contributers are going to get letters telling them what there helping and how they are part of a bad deal in youth sports ! Plus a nice website link so they can have a look at what there dollors are fostering!!!WEIRD!

Theses numbers include team pay these numbers will be shocking for 2007-2008 they will have added 2-3more guys making that kinda cash ! What they are doing is Skimming cash off of every thing they do to subsidize a few coaches pay ! Making them an accadamy ast a turnament director Golf turny director red bull derector All Pdl rep Training academy diretor All this possitions that have very little work but great pay! There office girls and volenters still do 90% of the work and hand over the cash for the socalled oversite!

I did some asking around about Hatrip and was told they moved him to LWYSA side becouse he was to damb nice a guy!NOT cut throut enoght !I here James and Megson Feel the same way about Mccormic and that megso would like him fired and have his job! and that Megson has been given teams and bad mouth other coach at same age group to get players or even gone as far as to bad mouth other coaches to just get there team! Hes got fout teams Now maybe they think they shit on enoght people in there club and will not give him Five! NA!!!!!How do you coach four teams well ?How do those teams get better? They don,t this guys teams will always do pooly and no fault to the players!They just will not get the time to be great teams!

You can,t be a greet nationaly reconized club with coaches that don,t teach! your best kids go to accadamy and you are no longer chaseing national champoinships you would think it would shift to development and winng would be number two! and that when players and parents understand that there would be no need for recruiting they would want to come! WELL that was the path Crossfire WAS on then they get guys like megson and the model changes to some $hit bag way of running a club and I hold the board and LWYSA responcible for letting the likes of James and Megson bring down what could have been a national modle for CASH!!!!!

Now if James really cares about the kids He will get rid of guys the use foul words in front of the kids Get rid of coaches that threaten harm to otheres and get his club back on track and try and put his name back in good standing becouse right now ! Well Mr James your known as the guy that lets $hit bags do what every they want becouse you forgot the kids!!!

I have a question for Crossfire parents What direct returne are you getting for all your fundraising? lets say you prent raise 250-thousand in fund raising what return do you see for your kid?

Were does your kids 350.00dollors go?

Where does your kids free nike gear go?

Why do your fees keep climeng?

Why are you raising money for a program that 90percent of your kids will never play in?

Why does your board really only have A team parents?

Why is the club hireing and protecting coaches that would other wise be unemployable!

A parent wrote me and said what club does not have these problems and thats a good point so if your club has guys that use foul langage durinng practic and at turneys or at instates games
or coaches that threatem arss kickings to others! Let me know becouse right now the 36PMs in my file 30 are crossfire!!I really do under stand that things happen I get many PMs calling out coaches But if its only one parent I,m not going to say anything but if its 10-15 -30 Then yes theres a problem it may not be your team at crossfire it may not be your coach But if you deffending the bad than you know its there I,m ashamed of you! and if you think just becouse your kids exsperance is good you don,t have to care about another I,m ashamed of you ! Tell me this if you go to the store and pay 300+ dollors for a uniform you pay for all the logos on your uniform and lets say you make a deal with your new sponcer that they will put there name on every jersey and training shirt and the sponcer will pay you 40grand or so but it cost your parents 45grand in printing fees I say you just robbed petter to pay paul!

Sometimes forty grand an,t forty grand if sponce does not pay for screening of uniforms

That number was about 170,000. What is the payroll of Crossfires top 5 payed guys?

Lwysa was pulling 170,000 from 7000kids how many play for crossfire and how much are you boys letting them suck out of the 800+ kids playing there?

And Why is it megson can call someone on there phone threaten them with phisical harm and still be emploeed by LWYSA? Hogon used foul languge and was fired but megson uses languge and threats of violance and keeps his job? Well the proff is in the recording of facts I guess! Youve just sold out your parent kids and sence of club for ego and it cost your parent 3\4 of what the donation was

Oh ya they had a meeting but they just told megson to say it never happen Thats how they do things now! They tell there coaches to be liers so its there word aganst who ever accusses them and the club backs The lies knowing the whole time the things said are true Megson said he did it after he lied They told him to go back to the lie part! This was advice he got from the people he told he did it !
