This all makes for interesting reading.
Okay, so I will go out on a small limb and piss some people off by agreeing with "some" of the things 9 writes about.
BUT...what I don't understand is how can WPFC play against two tough teams and come out on top?
You can argue and say WPFC came out of bracket play "easier" than most, but they still had two tough teams to play.
And teams who enter that have anything that is called "death" in their bracket, money well spent I'd say.
Prefer to play tougher teams and not win, then to play "easier" teams and win.
9 - is this the only age that is the complaint of you and your PM's OR is this the entire WPFC teams who entered in to RC win or lost?
You have me curious :|
It was the WPFC bragging that got me going. For those of you that haven't followed this age group. WPFC sets up a strawman, knocks it down and then goes on and on how much better their team is than anyone else-when in reality it was a setup from the begining (The begining of course being 2006).
I just thought you would like to see WPFC for what they really are: Wannabees.
You still have yet to answer the question, but will assume that it is simply THIS team from WPFC that you are pissy about?
and for those who have followed this age group, and yes this team, I do realize.
My kid played in the finals at RC at U-11 and lost to Eastside 1-0.
WPFC wasn't in the finals..no bragging rghts awarded to them, simply to Eastside.
So...my DD is the "dumb" one that keeps going to the tourney since we get screwed apparently? :?
HOWEVER, do I 'think' WPFC (at this age group) had an "easy" bracket, sure one would say that. But how would you explain the last two teams they played?
You have yet to explain...
